A free month’s trial
If you’re not sure whether Xero is right for you, we can set you up with a free month’s trial so you can play around with Xero until your heart’s content and really test it out for your business. Have a look at our demo video below to find out more about the benefits of using Xero.
A free subscription for the first month
After your free trial or if you’re already keen to jump straight in, we’ll set you up with a fully live version and give you your first month free while you get used to exploring all the features.
Bite-sized training sessions
Our aim is to get you up and running with Xero straight away and can offer focussed training sessions over Zoom or in person. We’ll start with the basics, and using your own accounting records, show you how to use it and get the best out of for you. How many bite-sized chunks you need will depend on how much of Xero you plan to use and how much guidance you need. Most clients find our Xero Set Up and Go Training package enough to get them going.
Personalised conversion plan
Whether you are moving from paper records, spreadsheets, or another accounting software package, we can put a plan together to help manage the migration from your existing system to Xero to go smoothly.
If you’re moving from another accounting system, we can use the magical service from MoveMyBooks to bring your old data across in detail for historic transactions.
Online and Telephone support
Xero’s has excellent online support and if you’ve received a training session from us, we’ll give you 6 months of free telephone support after your initial training, most of our client queries we know the answer to so are in the best position to help. We want to help build confidence and banish those nerves so you can make the most of Xero

Once we know what package is best for you and your business, we’ll build a tailored package of services and monthly payment plan to support you going forward. You can choose to subscribe to Xero directly or via us, you can still share your accounting records with us so we can all be working on the same thing!
