What do you need to budget?
Hopefully you’ve got a good feel for how we work with clients and the level of service we like to provide, if you’re still not sure, and you haven’t already done so check out what some of our clients have to say.
Whilst all of our clients are unique, we do tend to see a pattern of services that our clients ask for. We’ve outlined the types of services our clients typically need support with at each stage of their business and an indication to the level of fees you might expect to budget for.
Busy professionals
from £145 (+VAT) per month
These clients will often trade through a limited company and are typically sole director/owner businesses.
Typically we will provide support with the year accounts and tax, annual returns to Companies House, director payroll, VAT returns, cloud accounting, personal tax returns and personal income planning.
We will always have a client catch-up meeting at least once a year, but if you need to meet more frequently then we can build that into your service package.
If you are a self-employed busy professional, the compliance obligations are a little less at the moment, so typically we are providing support with year accounts and tax, VAT returns, cloud accounting, personal tax returns and personal income planning. Fees for this sort of business start from £75 (+VAT) per month
New Growth Business
from £210 (+VAT) per month
A new growth business is taking steps to move beyond the business just being themselves and to increase their income, they will be building a team around them. As a result, they need more regular support and advice around payroll and wider business issues, so would benefit from more frequent business reviews with us to help keep control of their business finances.
Scaling Up
from £650 (+VAT) per month
Businesses at this stage have moved past the initial phase of growth and have firmly established their services and structure to support scalable growth. They may not be ready to employ a full time professional, so we work closely with the management team to bridge any gaps there are when it comes to keeping the finance function running smoothly
